Agents can now settle payments in any asset, on any supported chain via MPP.     According to Wu, former NEAR core developer Vadim tweeted that NEAR has released mainnet upgrade version 2.13.0. This version supports the NIST standard ML-DSA-65 quantum‑resistant signature, making it the third protocol key type after ed25519 and secp256k1; it also supports dynamic re‑sharding, allowing the network to automatically split high‑load shards at epoch boundaries based on shard state size. The update also introduces Gas Keys (NEP-611), enabling access keys to have independent prepaid Gas balances and 1,024 parallel nonce channels, and can be combined with DelegateV2 meta‑transactions for Gas sponsorship. Additionally, contracts can allocate deterministic yield IDs, and node state synchronization has moved to a peer‑to‑peer model. https://t.co/raFPXWIB1E
