bittensor is working exactly as intended. the goal was never for every subnet to succeed. most subnets are experiments, testing different ideas, markets, and business models in the open. the reality is that the vast majority will fail. that’s not a flaw; it’s the cost of discovering what actually creates value. over time, capital, emissions, attention, and talent naturally rotate toward the projects that execute, ship products, attract users, and prove real demand. as the ecosystem matures, that rotation slows because the strongest networks begin to separate themselves from the rest. in the end, it wouldn’t be surprising if 90–95% of today’s subnets disappear, pivot, or become irrelevant. the few that survive won’t just survive because of good marketing or speculation, they’ll survive because they solve real problems and build something people genuinely use. those winners will define how the outside world sees bittensor. don’t invest as if every subnet will make it. study the technology, the teams, execution, tokenomics, and whether they are building something that can still matter years from now. position yourself accordingly. bittensor:native

In mid 2025 I've argued that structures just don't look like we'll be getting a run in 2025, while reply guys were insulting me with "4th year always has an altseason" or whatever I'm presenting the same $TAO structure that should tell you to not give up While 2026 didn't see surges, my plan remains the same that a massive alt run is up once ranging ends.
