    $IWM W 🟩 Looks so strong here, with a session close above the near-term 1.272 Fib and Tenkan rising. Just established a new 'double dragon' on the MCDX (although these are not always reliable). Bollinger band is looking to expand again and all indicators are strong. Small caps are going to keep going.
