Wu reports that the Hyperliquid testnet now supports Instant-or-Cancel (IOC) orders with a priority fee of 8–100 bps. This range provides the same mempool-level priority effect as the mainnet and does not constitute a breaking change; within the 8–100 bps interval, the priority fee is only used to order IOC orders received around the same time. https://t.co/cljsm4KAkD

100% of revenues going to buybacks in early-stage makes sense because it is (i) a way to signal alignment with token holders in an industry where they usually get fucked. There's also (ii) a reasonable case where strengthening the token is simply the best tool to leverage growth. Anyone is willing to evangelize and build if they feel they've a direct way exposure to the upside. When the capital runs out, the team can always change the revenues distribution (assuming protocol found success). It's easier to marginally alter the distribution in a high revenue scenario: keeping 10-20% for yourself if 950K / day goes into buybacks. The problem for many venues is that Hyperliquid has shown a way that investors like above all, while it's v hard to replicate.
