🟥 I have 500 baht to invest each month. What should I invest in? 😳 . 500 baht may not be a lot for some, but it can be a lot for many others. If you ask me honestly, I recommend starting in this order. . If you’ve already completed a step, you can skip to the next one as appropriate 👇 . 1️⃣ Invest in knowledge and skills 📚 . Use the 500 baht to buy books, courses, or tools that help improve skills in your field of expertise. . For example, AI textbooks, investing, marketing, online content creation, or techniques to make posts go viral. . Gradually accumulate each month; one day these skills may help you build a personal brand, grow followers, get jobs, do affiliate marketing, or earn income from posting, far exceeding the 500 baht you could have invested. . 2️⃣ Build an emergency reserve of 3–6 times your monthly expenses 🛟 . A cushion fund is really important because without a reserve, investing and then losing money or getting stuck can make it hard to control emotions, and you may have to sell assets at the wrong time. . Example: If your monthly expenses are 15,000 baht, you should have about 45,000–90,000 baht in reserve. . Having this amount lets you invest more calmly, knowing you have funds to cover emergencies. . 3️⃣ Start DCA on assets you understand 📊 . Once you have knowledge and a reserve, begin investing 500 baht each month in assets you have studied and understand. . Example: Global equity index funds, gold, or Bitcoin – pick one first; no need to split the money too thinly. . 4️⃣ Invest in income‑generating tools 🚀 . Spend the money on equipment, software, or tools that help you work better. . Examples: Editing software, microphone, AI tools, or advertising budget to turn skills into real income. . Don’t look down on a 500‑baht monthly investment; what matters more than the principal is the knowledge, skills, and discipline you accumulate each month. ✌️

Recommend studying and building reserves first, then DCA buying BTC with 500 THB per month.

Michael Saylor compares Strategy to the first company that ever went public to build real estate - except the asset in the middle is $BTC. "We take the capital that we raise and we buy Bitcoin with it." Five preferred equities, one common equity, and they just keep stacking sats. (Forever) FT @Saylor @VampyreDrakul.

If I run a node (Knots), self custody bitcoin, support permissionless money, and also own MSTR. Am I a Bitcoiner, or are we now at the point where everyone is trying to define Bitcoin around their own personal purity tests?

According to the Bangkok Post, Thailand's Ministry of Interior, Provincial Electricity Authority, police and local administrative officials carried out inspections at 14 illegal Bitcoin mining sites across five provinces in the northeast, seizing 315 cryptocurrency mining rigs. Investigators found that the sites had tampered with electricity meters and illegally connected power to operate the mining equipment. The report estimates the total losses at 40.38 million baht (approximately $1.24 million), including a 5.38 million baht (about $165,000) electricity violation fine and roughly 35 million baht (about $1.07 million) unpaid electricity fees. Officials have now gathered evidence and lodged complaints against those involved. https://t.co/sMvT0LFP80

@BTCFrodo You’re not wrong — diversifying the software that powers Bitcoin nodes is genuinely good for the network’s resilience. Just like we want nodes spread across different hardware, locations, and ISPs, we don’t want 95%+ of them running the same implementation (Bitcoin Core). Bitcoin Knots has been filling that gap nicely with better mempool policies and spam resistance. Tools like @parman_the also make it dead simple for people to run Knots on laptops/desktops. That said, the real long‑term win is more independent implementations (different codebases, languages, teams) seeing real usage — not just forks or installers on top of Core. This reduces single points of failure in development and consensus enforcement. Running Knots + supporting practical upgrades like BIP‑110 (temporary spam filters to keep nodes lightweight) is one of the best ways regular sovereign users can contribute right now.
